We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve our services
- Match job seekers with relevant employers
- Send application updates and status notifications
- Verify employer ABN and business details
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Send service-related emails (we do not send marketing without consent)
3. Sharing Your Information
When you apply for a job, your profile information and resume are shared with the employer who posted that job.
If you opt in to employer discovery, employers with an active Urgent Hire listing in your state may see your photo, first name, location, bio, and skills — not your email or phone — and may invite you to apply. You can disable this anytime in your profile.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g. email delivery, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
